Pre-Employment/ Job Readiness assesses participants’ employment readiness skills and provides a series of intensive job seeking, interviewing, job attainment and retention strategies. Youth will be assisted in the process of self-evaluation and developing personal plans through involvement in employment and career goal activities. Community service placements will be encouraged and are designed to impart leadership skills, foster community pride, build citizenship and share personal talents by “giving back” to the community.
